Delete your Anaka account
This page explains how to delete your account in Anaka, the booking app for barbers, salons and other service businesses, and the data linked to it. You can do it in the app or here, without the app.
Delete it here
Sign in with the email and password of your Anaka account, then confirm.
Delete it in the app
- Open Anaka and sign in.
- Go to Account → Edit Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
Business owners and staff
If you own a business on Anaka, delete the business first (Account → Manage Business → Delete Business). If you work at a business, turn off or delete your staff profile first (Account → Edit Profile → Delete Staff Profile). The deletion is refused until then, and the reason is shown.
What is deleted
Deleted permanently, straight away:
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your settings and preferences (language, theme, notifications).
- Your notifications, messages and conversations, and your favorite businesses.
- Your upcoming bookings are cancelled.
What is kept
The businesses you visited keep the record of your past visits, so their bookings, payments and reports stay correct: the date, services, price, payment, any review you wrote and loyalty stamps. These records no longer show your name, email address or phone number: they appear as “Deleted customer” and can’t be linked back to you.
Copies in our encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Can’t sign in?
If you no longer know your password, use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page of the app. If you no longer have access to your email, write to us from the address of your account at support@anaka.app and we will delete it within 30 days.
